The city of Santa Fe not only hosts the State Capitol of New Mexico, it is the home to many creative people. Among the historical places is one of the oldest churches in the US (Miguel Church). The famous "Stairs of Laretto" are located in the second church. These intricate wooden steps are truly the work of a master carpenter. Along with places to shop, and many Art Galleries. It makes for a great sight seeing trip. (I still haven't seen all there is and I been there 3 times)
