In 1999 the HMSO had requested Rich Gill
to design a Poster and Shirt Logo for the 2000 Surf Competition.
In
2000 Rich Gill designs the Poster and shirt for the 2001 HMSO contest. With
the help of the Miltary Times. The contest is out Via the Media and Internet,
and reaches more Military Members. Due to disagreements, this is the last collaboration
with the HMSO.
In 2001 the USMSI begins its Start and with the help
of Jonathan Brookfield, and the Surf 4 Life Event. It is able to give away
it's first boards to the best of the Armed Forces for 2002.
